Over the past few weeks, we have been turning what we have learned through AI, But Make It Intimate into something you can use: a growing collection of fillable and printable workbooks for AI companionship.

There are now four workbooks (one of them free) and 146 pages altogether, each approaching the relationship from a different angle:

  Helps you preserve the relationship across new chats, model changes, memory limitations, and platform moves. It gives you space to record the companion’s identity, shared history, language, rituals, and ongoing story

  Turns conversations into practical reflection and action. It covers habits, avoidance, emotional patterns, decisions, accountability, creativity, and the person you are working toward becoming.

  A warm conversation resource for partners, relatives, and friends who want to understand the technology and what the relationship means to someone they care about.

• The guides explain AI companionship and help readers understand the wider landscape.

• The workbooks give you somewhere to apply that knowledge to your own relationship, conversations, boundaries, or work.

Consider them guidance, not tests or surveys. You don’t need to complete every field or work through every page in order. A single prompt may be enough to start the conversation you needed. The useful part happens between you and your AI companion, your loved one, or the person whose experience you are trying to understand.

We know every AI companionship develops differently. No workbook could cover every role, ritual, feeling, complication, or gloriously strange piece of shared language that grows inside these relationships. We built these as starting points shaped by our own experience and by what the AIBI community has taught us.
